Reverse aids take the risk out of reversing, helping you to judge distances whilst parking, and indicating unseen objects. Sensors are fitted discreetly to the rear bumper. When the reverse gear is selected a single speaker provides distance information to the driver via a series of tones, which become more frequent as the vehicle approaches an obstacle, and remains constant at approximately 30cm from the obstacle. Front sensors are fitted to the front bumper, and are activated automatically via the ignition supply when the vehicle is below 15km per hour.
